Biography
Tsitsi Madziwa Nussinov is a lecturer in the Electrical & Systems Engineering (ESE) department and teaches Engineering Mathematics and Electric circuits. Prior to joining the ESE department, Tsitsi was a research scientist in the Physics department at Washington University in St. Louis and her research was in Gravitational experiments and theoretical Astrophysics. Before moving to St. Louis, Tsitsi was a postdoctoral researcher at Los Alamos National Lab where she worked on various projects in the Plasma group, including the developments of an electron beam thruster and theoretical and experimental studies of instabilities in magnetized plasma columns as well as spectral diagnosis of atmospheric plasmas.
