Students win awards at Midwest Student Design Contest
Two graduate and an undergraduate student presented project to water industry professionals
Two EECE PhD students and an undergraduate student won first place in the wastewater category at the Central States Water and Environment Association Midwest Student Design Contest in Madison, Wisconsin. This competition provides students with an opportunity to demonstrate their science and engineering skills and practices by researching and preparing a design for a water quality-based project and presenting their project to water industry professionals. They will represent the State of Missouri to attend the national competition this fall in New Orleans.
