Students from groups traditionally underrepresented in the STEM fields have a variety of opportunities for fellowships and other financial support. This page is a resource for several of those opportunities, but is not an exhaustive list.
The Ann W. and Spencer T. Olin – Chancellor’s Fellowship
The Ann W. and Spencer T. Olin – Chancellor’s Fellowship (OCF) is an elite cohort of outstanding graduate students with diverse backgrounds and from varied disciplines. The OCF is committed to promoting diversity in all dimensions including cultural, socioeconomic, gender, racial, ethnic, geographical, philosophical/religious, and other distinctive backgrounds and perspectives.

GEM provides a large network, financial support and expert knowledge to help ensure student success in competitive academic and professional environments. The mission of The National GEM Consortium is to enhance the value of the nation’s human capital by increasing the participation of underrepresented groups (Black, Indigenous and People of Color) at the master’s and doctoral levels in engineering and science.
