Fellowships

Students from groups traditionally underrepresented in the STEM fields have a variety of opportunities for fellowships and other financial support. This page is a resource for several of those opportunities, but is not an exhaustive list.

The Ann W. and Spencer T. Olin – Chancellor’s Fellowship
The Ann W. and Spencer T. Olin - Chancellor’s Fellowship (OCF) is an elite cohort of outstanding graduate students with wide-ranging backgrounds and from varied disciplines. The OCF is committed to nurturing a variety of distinctive backgrounds and perspectives. The OCF particularly values students who have demonstrated a commitment to gender and racial diversity, equity and inclusion.

GEM offers MS and Ph.D. level students an outstanding opportunity and access to dozens of the top Engineering and Science firms and Universities in the nation. The GEM Fellowship was designed to focus on promoting opportunities for individuals to enter industry at the graduate level in areas such as research and development, product development, and other high level technical careers. GEM also offers exposure to a number of opportunities in academia.
