What played into your decision to get a graduate engineering degree?
The world is so beautiful and filled with so much to learn about. To help combat climate change, it's important to know much more than just the content of a bachelor's engineering degree. It's important to specialize and use the knowledge from the graduate degree to improve the world.
Why did you pick WashU?
WashU is a phenomenal school, filled with brilliant professors and students that genuinely care about you and your education.
What advice would you give to a new student?
I love the Grove; it has a lot of personality and there's always something to do.
What is your favorite thing about St. Louis?
Put everything into your calendar and follow it. Time management is key to success at WashU.
What campus activities or groups would you recommend to a new student?

What are your plans for the future?
I plan to work in robotics and climate change technology. Later on I will pursue a PhD in robotics and return to industry.
