What made you want to pursue a graduate engineering degree?
I wanted to deepen my technical skills and gain more research experience to prepare for a career in data science and engineering.
Why did you choose WashU?
WashU offers strong engineering programs, great faculty support, and excellent research opportunities that align with my interests.
What is your favorite thing about St. Louis?
I enjoy the vibrant cultural scene, beautiful parks like Forest Park, and the friendly community.
What advice would you give to a new student?
Be open to new experiences, don't be afraid to ask for help, and try to build connections early on- it really makes a difference.
What campus activities or groups would you recommend to a new student?
I highly recommend joining WashU Rowing. It's a great way to stay active, build strong friendships, and learn teamwork and discipline. It's also a refreshing break from academics.
What are your plans for the future?
I plan to pursue a career in data science or AI engineering, where I can combine technical skills with creativity to solve complex problems.
