Dr. Chi Li is a Research Assistant Professor at Washington University in St. Louis whose research advances the understanding of air pollution trends, sources, and health impacts. He holds a PhD in Atmospheric Science from Dalhousie University, an MS in Remote Sensing from Chinese Academy of Sciences, and a BEng in Geomatics Engineering from Wuhan University. His interdisciplinary expertise spans atmospheric chemistry, satellite remote sensing, radiative transfer, and machine learning, with applications in air quality and environmental health. Dr. Li has received several prestigious honors, including the 15th Atmospheric Chemistry Colloquium for Emerging Senior Scientists and the Killam Predoctoral Scholarship. He has co-authored more than 50 peer-reviewed publications and actively contributes to the scientific community through proposal and manuscript review, guest editorial roles, and leadership in professional organizations.
