Three McKelvey faculty honored with 2025 Emerson teaching awards
Ray Ehrhard, Vijay Ramani and Kristen Wyckoff recently received 2025 Emerson teaching awards
Ray Ehrhard, Vijay Ramani and Kristen Wyckoff were among ten Washington University in St. Louis faculty members selected as 2025 Emerson Excellence in Teaching Award recipients.
Ray Ehrhard is a senior lecturer in the Department of Energy, Environmental & Chemical Engineering. He joined WashU in 1994 as the Deputy Director of the EPRI (Electric Power Research Institute) Community Environmental Center. He continues to conduct collaborative studies with government agencies, electric utilities, and private engineering companies bridging the gap from basic research to practical applications for environmental solutions.
Vijay Ramani is the Vice Provost for Graduate Education and International Affairs at Washington University in St. Louis. He holds the Roma B. and Raymond H. Wittcoff Distinguished University Professorship and serves as a Professor in the Department of Energy, Environmental & Chemical Engineering.
Kristen Wyckoff joined WashU's faculty in January 2022 as a senior lecturer in the Department of Energy, Environmental & Chemical Engineering. Kristen has experience teaching graduate and undergraduate lecture and lab based courses in environmental engineering, water resources engineering and engineering communication.
