Service Request

Engineering IT provides consulting services before purchase for equipment that may be best housed in data centers - this includes the Brauer DC as well as the Research Data Center. Each data center has particular networking, power, and physical size constraints that must be addressed to ensure equipment can successfully operate within the data center.

Please email support@seas.wustl.edu for more information and to begin a consultation.

Service Support

The Brauer Data Center is monitored 24/7 alongside all WashU data center installations on campus. Individual system monitoring and response windows may vary.
